FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Preliminary studies for larger complex projects undertaken at the very early stage, particularly when there are doubts or controversies regarding the proposed projects development. We can conduct either the entire feasibility study, or a part, such as environmental assessment, analysis of procurement options, sites appraisal, analysis of budgets relevant to client requirements, social impact plan, etc.
DESIGNS
Preparation of documentation to describe the scope of all project elements. This phase may comprise of detailed review of utility supply capacity, drawings of typical and key details, value and engineering review, detailed cost estimate, detailed risk assessment, etc.
TECHNICALÂ SUPERVISION
Administering the contract, exercising the authority attributed to the consultant as engineer according to the conditions of the contract.
